Farmin’ Martian is now available on itch.io! I developed the game over two weeks for a game jam on GXC, and spent the next two weeks polishing and getting it ready to release on browser on itch.io. Despite rushing to finish and definitely getting a little burnt out, I’m super proud of this game and I think it’s my best one yet! The idea behind the game is to combine the satisfying base-building gameplay of Farm Sims like Harvest Moon and Tower Defense games like Bloons. Each round you work on your farm/base and prepare for the night when waves of bugs come to eat your plants. I think it’s really satisfying and fun to try out different strategies and base builds.
